Sometimes it’s really that simple, isn’t it? I feel a little stupid for not thinking of this myself/earlier, though.
The nutritional value of ingredients consumed in commonly eaten foods today is minimal compared to what your body needs to function. Essential elements for health have been stripped in favour of economical demand, resulting in more chemical enhancers, preservatives, additives and contaminants in your food and drink. Even your water and the air you breathe contain pollutants.
Damn, that sound’s so easy if you think about it.
I cannot believe this will work!
Thanks for the great quality of your blog, each time i come here, i’m amazed.

I am currently reading it on my Blackberry and will scan it once I get home. I love your site and marketing strategy.
Hey, ok, I get it, I guess – but does this really work?
Folks, do not believe in this #$!**$#.
I was reading some….. I have heard things about farmed fish. I see the article about farmed salmon. Is farmed salmon worse than other farmed fish… seems all most fish at grocer is farmed.
Do you have any awsome sources for quality, healthy meat? chicken, beef, fish??
You are packed full of info. Wow.
Farmed fish in general are not good. Their environment is not natural for them and they live in their own feces. To keep them from disease they are given antibiotics, etc.
For fish go wild and look for fish from cold, deep water. They will have less metals.
Locally for healthy clean meat you can check out County Gardens on Lower Fayetteville Road in Sharpsburg (near Hwy 154) http://www.countrygardensfarm.com/Meats__Produce_Available.php. Also if you join the Naturally Yours Coop, you will see we order some meats directly from the farmers and split them.
Hope that helps. Let me know if you have any other questions!
