One of my favorite websites is http://enzymestuff.com/. There is a wealth of knowledge on this site and it is all easy to understand.
I use enzymes everyday. In fact our whole family does. I believe everyone needs them. Our bodies are equipped with enzymes, each serving a specific protein. I won’t get into them all but there are enzymes for meat digestion, fruit digestion, dairy etc. What happens is our body uses up many of our enzymes at an early age due to the fact that our foods today are processed and we our enzyme supply needs to work extra hard. We rarely eat whole, raw foods. Toxicities in our environment and in our foods also destroy enzymes.
Nature knows what it is doing because many foods contain enzymes but we destroy them through high heat like pasteurization, and cooking Once again we need to implement more RAW, WHOLE foods. Foods the way nature intended them to be!
